Refunds policy and exchange policy
Unless you notify Brullen Pty Limited to the contrary by email or telephone within seven (7) days of delivery of any Products and such notification is confirmed in writing within seven (7) days of its receipt by Brullen Pty Limited, the products shall be deemed to have been accepted by you and in good working condition.
Brullen Pty Limited does not accept product returns or refunds. Replacement or exchange may be considered at Brullen Pty Limited’s sole discretion. A replacement for the product (subject to availability) an exchange voucher, or repair where:
- The product delivered is damaged and you have not accepted delivery from the relevant freight company, in which case you do not sign the delivery docket and immediately notify Brullen PTY LTD, or
- The product delivered is not what you ordered or paid for,
- The product delivered does not match the description on the Site.
If the product delivered is damaged, does not match the description on the Site or is covered under a warranty from the manufacturer, then please contact us on 02 8599 7998 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our team members will assist you with your request. To enable us to evaluate your matter, please provide us with:
- The order number, invoice number or receipt number;
- A detailed description of the problem
- Photograph(s) of product that was damaged during transportation
- Your name and contact details
Once we have evaluated your matter, we will send you instructions on what the next steps to be taken will be. If we feel the problem described requires clarification, we may contact you in order to provide more efficient service.
